上班族裝病翹班多 你職場倦怠了嗎
上班族，1000個請假的理由中，“生病”可能是使用頻率最多的一個。前段時間，據英國路透社報道，全球最大的勞動力管理解決方案提供商克羅諾思公司調查稱，七成中國人承認有過“裝病翹班”的行為，位居全球之首。這個數據在白領中引起一片嘩然。在本報寫字樓QQ群里，當記者詢問“你裝病翹班過嗎”，好多群員在群里不說話，但發來了私信，一開頭多數是“偷笑”的表情，然后跟一句：原來這么多人都裝病過。
隨機小調查：46%的白領曾裝病翹班
記者在QQ群里，對100位在線群員隨機提問，一共有66位群員回答了問題，其中承認自己曾經裝病翹班的白領為31人，占46%。
裝病理由中，感冒成為裝病的首選，成為45%的白領翹班理由；其次是25%的人選擇了肚子疼；牙疼和頭疼成了5%的裝病理由；25%的裝病理由為其他。至于一次裝病時間有多長，80%只裝一天病；而10%裝病時間為一星期；3%裝病時間超過一個月；令人奇怪的是，裝病兩三天的人只有6%。而裝病的實際原因中，所占比例最高的是當天有私事，占了57%，事假不好請或者扣錢比較多，所以大家都開病假條；27%是工作壓力大，想休息一天喘口氣，輕松一下；9%的人是去找其他工作了，需要時間面試，請病假就成了最好的借口；對公司一些政策不滿，因此變相“罷工抗議”的人占了6%。
裝病的第一選擇：肚子疼、拉肚子、感冒發燒
通過30多位HR(人力資源)的經驗總結，如果只有一天的小“病假”，肚子疼或者拉肚子是最受歡迎的請假理由，如果2~3天“病假”，用感冒發燒作為理由的人更多一些。“我見過各種各樣的病假理由，自己也請過各種病假。”在一家公司做設計的小帥哥Mike一口氣列出了許多種請假理由，“比如牙疼、頭疼、眼睛流眼淚沒法看電腦、感冒、腳崴了、韌帶拉傷、頸椎病、肩膀疼……”Mike說，不是他想請病假，而是單位的制度比較苛刻，經常剝奪雙休，老板還經常把開會和培訓時間安排在周末。“同事會輪流用病假條，還會討論生病理由，怎樣看起來更合理，以及怎樣裝病能從不認識的醫生那里要來病假條，就是為了逃避一些可有可無的加班。”

工作壓力過大，是很多上班族裝病翹班的原因，就如改編后的歌詞所寫：“在那山的那邊海的那邊，有一群小白領，他們苦命又聰明，他們加班到天明……”對他們來說，偶然裝病，無非是一種減壓方式。正因為如此，對于偶然的病假請求，一般領導或HR都表示會睜一只眼閉一只眼。“出于管理的人性化，不太會嚴格按照制度的要求去走，打聲招呼就可以了。畢竟狀態不好，對工作有害無益，不如準假，讓員工自我修復。”有5年從業經驗的HR陳先生這樣告訴記者，但前提是偶然為之。“一般一天的病假是不需要正式的醫院病假條的，可以打電話，或者發郵件向直屬上級報備。”另一位高新企業的HR張女士說，“這樣的病假一般不會扣工資。”而在一家醫療用品公司工作的HR則告訴記者，他們單位有著很人性化的病假制度，領導允許一個月內不問緣由地請一天病假。“這個制度最初是針對女生來例假時痛經，因為這個事情無法判定真假，而且如果是男上司，也無法開口。”后來這項制度逐漸演變成了一項屬于全體員工的福利。
長期裝病，老板很憤怒
